Save time at your next visit by using our Express Check In feature.  Here’s how:

2. 2.Enter your information in the Demographics, Insurance, and Medical History sections. 
   
   

3. 3.Click Submit Data after each section (Important Step!)
   
   

4. 4.That’s it!  Just let our staff know that you had checked in online when you arrive.  We look forward to seeing you at your appointment.
   

Driving Directions

From I-35W North:

1. 1.Exit North Tarrant Parkway (Exit 62)
   

2. 2.Turn right  onto North Tarrant Parkway (head East)
   

3. 3.Continue on N. Tarrant Pkway for about 3 miles. 
   

4. 4.After Park Vista Blvd / Ray White Rd., we will be the second center on the right.
   

         • We are located in the second center after the 7-11.  Our practice is located    

           next to Edward Jones in the tan and white buildings with 5 dental practices.
